Kadai Paneer
Ingredients Indian cottage cheese 250grms Onion paste 1 cup Tomato paste 1 & 1/2 cup Onion diced 1 Green bell pepper 1/2 diced Red bell pepper 1/2 diced Yellow bell pepper 1/2 diced Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Kasoori methi 1 tsp Red chili powder to paste Corriander powder 1 tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili 2 Bay leaves 2 Salt to taste Oil 2 tbsp Fresh cream or malai 1/2 cup Water 1 & 1/2 cup Method 1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a kadai. Add the bay leaves and kashmiri red chillies to it and then add onion paste to it. Saute till it gets golden brown colour. 2.
